Serhiy REBROV: “After two red cards there was place only for our players’ heroism”

- How do Dynamo injured performers feel?

- Unfortunately things are pretty bad. Serhiy Sydorchuk has been taken to the hospital with open wound. That looked really terrible. Jeremain Lens has suffered serious maim.

- What can you say about what happened on the field?

- Before the first red card we scored and had more chances. I don’t want to talk about referee’s decisions, but… Yarmolenko saw that his teammate was bleeding. Still linesman didn’t pay attention to that and Guingamp continued their attack. There must be some fair play. I have no claims to Andriy. As for Younes, I can’t say anything as I didn’t see that episode.

Those, who stayed on the field, fought for the whole team. I’m thankful to our performers. They could hardly move after the final whistle.

- Do you agree that the situation is difficult, but it’s possible to reach the round of 16?

- We have no choice. Believe me, we already think how to play in the second leg.

- Have Guingamp surprised you?

- Guingamp applied serious pressure, but our performers coped with that and created chances. We looked worthy till the first red card and then there was place only for our players’ heroism.

- Will Lens recondition by the second leg?

- I’m not sure. He’s got a serious maim. Our players can be called true heroes. I’m sure we’ll deliver Guingamp battle in the second leg.

- (question from French journalists) What are your expectations of the second leg?

- I’m looking forward for our victory.
