- To begin with I’d like to explain why we’ve asked Premier League to hold our match against FC Zoria Luhansk on September 13.
First of all 11 Dynamo performers feature for their national teams. Some of them will rejoin the club only on September 10.
Secondly, next week we’ll play a very important away game against Rio Ave FC within the Europa League group stage. We are going to leave for Portugal two days prior the match.
Taking that into account we asked Premier League to postpone our fixture against Zoria. I think it’s quite reasonable.
In this situation I don’t understand Luhansk side point. Only two of their players are in the national team camp. I know that five more Zoria performers feature for Ukraine U-21, but they’ll oppose Liechtenstein today in the match which actually doesn’t mean anything. They can even rejoin the club by the evening.
I also want to add that I really respect Zoria head coach Yuriy Vernydub and I’ve tried to explain him our arguments, - informed Serhiy Rebrov.
