- Neither I nor players are satisfied with final score. They did their best and tried to attack. We opposed very good team. Benfica sell and sign many players every season. I think we looked worthily and could count on points.
- Was Moraes supposed to take the penalty? The game wasn’t a success for him…
- He scored penalties in previous games. It’s a serious pressure to take penalty in such match. Goalkeeper won the duel, but I have no claims to Moraes.
- What can you say about your midfield?
- It’s difficult to say something right now. Players did their best, especially in the second half. Unfortunately we often start attacking only after we concede. This is the top level. Benfica don’t lose at home arena. It’s all about psychology. After we conceded we created chances, but couldn’t use them.
- What do you think of young players?
- It’s difficult for performers, who make their debut on such level, to demonstrate what their true worth is. I’m sure all players that opposed Benfica have potential. They’re getting experience they need. I count on youngsters and on other guys.
- Dynamo got out of the group having 7 points when you were a player. Is the same possible this time?
- First of all I’m focused on our play and performers’ dedication. I don’t think we should count points at the moment.
