International week: summary for Dynamo players

Nothing has been settled in 2018 World Cup qualifying group I so far, where two teams have Dynamo representatives.

Ukraine defeated Turkey in Kharkiv 2:0 due to the brace of Andriy Yarmolenko, who’s already Borussia Dortmund performer.

Three players of our team took the field in that game: Yevhen Khacheridi, Artem Kravets and Artem Besedin.

The situation in the following match was opposite – Andriy Shevchenko’s men lost against Iceland away – 0:2. Same Dynamo performers featured in this game.

As you know, Maxym Koval, Mykola Moroziuk, Serhiy Sydorchuk, Denys Harmash, Volodymyr Shepelev and Viktor Tsyhankov were also called up to Ukraine camp.

Croatia with Domagoj Vida and Josip Pivaric in their lineup were victorious against Kosovo – 1:0. The decider was scored by Vida.

In several days the Blazers lost against Turkey away by the same margin. Pivaric and Vida took the field again.

Hungary with Tamas Kadar have lost chances to qualify for the World Cup.

Dynamo defender helped his team beat Latvia (3:1). He opened the score in Budapest. Still in the decisive battle against Portugal Hungary lost 0:1.

Meanwhile Poland and Tomasz Kedziora can reach the World Cup finals.

They’re still leaders of their group despite the defeat in Denmark – 0:4. In the following game Poland flattened Kazakhstan in Warsaw – 3:0. Kedziora didn’t take the field.

Belarus with midfielder Nikita Korzun have suffered home defeat against Sweden – 0:4.  Dynamo player was booked 86 minutes into the match. After eight matchdays Belarus share the last place in group A with Luxembourg.

Derlis Gonzalez didn’t take part in Paraguay recent fixtures. His team won in Chile – 3:0 and lost against Uruguay at home arena – 1:2. At the moment Paraguay are 7th in the table with 21 points.
