On the sixth day of the training camp in Turkey, unlike previous days, Dynamo had one session on the field. In the morning they were working out at the gym.
As Kyivans had their afternoon session, Ukraine national team gaffer Serhiy Rebrov paid them a visit.
He had a cheerful chat with Dynamo coaches, president of the club, all his old friends, asked how Kyiv side internationals are doing. The White-Blues, in their turn, congratulated Serhiy Rebrov on his appointment as UAF vice president.
During the warm-up, the physical trainer offered players another interesting exercise – a kind of relay race. Players were divided into three groups competing against each other. Each of them, holding hands, had to keep the ball in the air using their feet and heads while going around the posts and returning to the starting line.
At first the task seemed extremely difficult. But then players adjusted and found proper strategy. The team composed of the most experienced players won.
The major part of the session included game and tactics exercises, some running. A lot of time was spent working on defensive and attacking issues.
Benito and Samba Diallo, who used to work separately, have rejoined the team.
On Sunday Dynamo will have two sessions while on Monday they’ll play their second friendly – against Legia Warsaw.
