Ukraine gain convincing victory over Lithuania

Myron Markevych got his first official win as Ukraine's national team new coach as the Blue-Yellows beat Lithuania 4-0 in a friendly match on Tuesday in Kharkiv. Dynamo Kyiv veteran Andriy Shevchenko and former Dynamo player Oleksandr Aliyev, who currently plays for Russian side FC Lokomotiv, both scored two goals apiece to please Ukrainian supporters, who came to the stadium.

Ukraine's next international friendly is scheduled for May 29th against Romania in Lviv.
