It was important for the White-Blues to win as May 13 is the day of the 91st anniversary of the club. Besides, 16 years ago, on May 13, great Valeriy Lobanovskyi passed away.
The first half ended in a goalless draw, so Dynamo had to attack more actively. Eventually Artem Besedin rushed through the left wing and found Benjamin Verbic inside the box with a low cross. Slovenian player hit the bottom corner – 0:1.
So, the outcome of the game is Dynamo win by narrow margin.
