UPL. Dynamo – Rukh – 2:0. Report

FC Dynamo Kyiv hosted FC Rukh Lviv in the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 15 game.

After the win against Kryvbas in the previous match the White-Blues were eager to succeed against unyielding Rukh while visitors aimed to get back to euro cups zone.

The game started really well for home side. Tymchyk intercepted after goalkeeper’s mistake and hit the corner from distance – 1:0.

Rukh responded with a dangerous cross by Sapuha and then Pastukh didn’t manage to shoot from close range.

Didyk attempted with a header after corner, but the ball went wide.

Before the break the White-Blues increased the lead. Kabayev dispossessed the defender, eluded another opponent and hit the upper corner – 2:0.

In the second half Olexandr Shovkovskyi’s men controlled the situation on the field. Buialskyi missed from inside the box, Karavayev’s shot wasn’t a problem for Rukh keeper, who parried the strike by Shepelev afterwards.

Vanat attempted from a tight angle, but missed a bit. Then the keeper coped with his shot after which Vivcharenko missed with a follow-up.

So, it’s 2:0 for Dynamo who keep going up in the league table.
