Later he went to Israel, where Viktor was born.
Tsyhankov jr. started playing football in Vinnytsia. In 2010/11 season he moved to Kyiv. Viktor was also spotted by Shakhtar Donetsk, but he preferred Dynamo. He graduated form the White-Blues Academy together with players, born in 1996, though he was born in 1997.
After that Viktor started playing for Dynamo U-21.
