- I can’t say that we’ve introduced some innovations. Many clubs have such training process. It’s really easier for players to cope with exercise load when they work with the ball. In such a case they don’t notice the distance they cover.
- All players train with special devices. What is their function?
- Before a training session every player puts on pulsimeter and GPS device, which record distance they cover and speed.
- To what types of exercises do you pay special attention at the first training camp?
