Vitaliy Mykolenko: five significant games of 2019

Mykolenko has told Dynamo official site about five games that were the most special for him in 2019.

Dynamo – Olympiacos – 1:0

“Of course I remember this game. It was tough as the first leg ended in a draw 2:2, so Greek side really tried to score in Kyiv. I’m very glad I made a contribution into our victory. I always do my best on the field to help the team succeed”.

Dynamo – Malmo – 1:0

“We couldn’t win in six games in a row before that match. That’s why we were nervous. We scored late in the second half, so the battle was intense. Buialskyi got a chance and used it.

The return match was really dramatic. We conceded early in the game, but I think we were supposed to win. The third goal was a crushing psychological blow”.

Vorskla – Dynamo – 0:5

“It was a spectacular match. My assist to Besedin was spontaneous while the pass to Tsyhankov was something we practice. We work on such combinations at training sessions”.

Dynamo – Oleksandria – 1:0

“De Pena has one of the best crosses from the wing in the team. He rushed through the left side and assisted me perfectly. Unfortunately we didn’t increase the lead, but victory is above all”.

Dynamo – Shakhtar – 2:1

“It was one of the most memorable games in 2019. The match was incredibly rich on emotions. Actually I expected one of Shakhtar players would be sent off too. After that happened, we seized the initiative. Before the extra time we cheered each other up. That game demonstrated what we’re capable of.
