Vladyslav Kulach: “I just couldn’t waste this chance”

- I’d been really looking forward to this moment as I’ve already spent a month with the team. I’ve got acquainted with guys, adapted to the training process. Of course I’m glad I’ve joined such a great club as Dynamo. I’ll do my best to help the team win trophies.

- Do you agree that the month of training camp has helped Mircea Lucescu to get acquainted with you properly?

- I guess so as coach saw what I can. It’s good I’ve spent the training camp with the team as potential newcomer.

- What are your impressions of the training camp?

- Training camps are always tough. We worked hard to succeed in domestic league and Champion League. We’ll do whatever it takes to gladden our supporters.

- You were actually undergoing a trial in Dynamo. Was that a pressure for you?

- I talked to Mircea Lucescu before the training camp and I was sure everything would be fine. I just couldn’t waste this chance. Of course there was certain psychological pressure, but eventually it didn’t turn into obstacle.

- The previous season in Vorskla was probably the most successful one in your career. What conclusions did you make after it?

- I guess I was doing everything right as far as I became the best UPL striker. Of course my teammates helped me make this step. Now I can set new goals. I want to help Dynamo do even better than last season.

- It’s not common that Shakhtar trainees join Dynamo, especially strikers. Do you remember who the last one was?

- I guess Karavayev. As for strikers – Rebrov, I suppose. It’s individual choice. I think Serhiy made a right step. He’s outstanding player, who performed on top level.

- Do you plan to stay in Dynamo for a while?

- Sure, I want to benefit Dynamo as long as possible.

- What are your personal goals in Dynamo?

- At the very least – to help the team win all trophies in Ukraine. And of course I want to score as often as possible.

- Have you already picked squad number?

- I have, it’s 28. The thing is that I joined Dynamo at the age of 28.

- Do you think can take the field in the upcoming game against Veres?

- Of course I do. I’ve spent the training camp with the team, so I’m getting ready just like everyone else.
