- Many of them have passed away. Great goalkeeper Oleh Makarov, defenders Volodymyr Shcheholkov and Vitaliy Shcherbakov. Valentyn Troyanovskyi, Viktor Serebryanykov and Valeriy Lobanovskyi are also gone. Fortunately when I celebrated my 80th birthday with my family in Connecticut I was congratulated by Andriy Biba and Yozhef Sabo. How can I forget Anatoliy Suchkov, Vasyl Turianchyk and Oleh Bazylevych?! And our coach Viacheslav Soloviov…
