On October 1, Ukrainians mark the Defenders Day of Ukraine. On behalf of the FC Dynamo Kyiv the president of the club Ihor Surkis congratulated Ukrainian heroes.
Dear defenders of Ukraine!
Ukraine greatly honors your outstanding feat – the selfless and persistent defense of our country against the russian aggressor. We thank you for your courage and resilience, for your incredible fortitude and fantastic bravery on the battlefield.
Without you, our dear defenders, this beautiful Ukraine would not exist. It was you who became the shield that restrains the russian onslaught and allows the existence not only of our state, but also of many others who may become the next target of this aggressive and hostile country.
We bow our heads to the fallen, honor their memory and do everything possible to help those who stood up for the defense of free and independent Ukraine.
Glory to our defenders! We believe in you, we believe in victory! Glory to Ukraine!
