Junior MORAES: “We had to score and I stepped up to the plate”

- I think it was one of Dynamo best matches. We were totally focused throughout the game. I congratulate everyone on this win.

- Was it the best game for Dynamo personally for you?

- It was one of the best from the point of view of result.

- Are you upset the first part of the season is over?
- No, I’m happy (laughing). We end this part on optimistic note.

- Did Khacheridi ask to let him take the penalty in the second half?

- No, he asked me to let Shaparenko score his first goal for the first team, but I said Mykola is a young player and he’ll have plenty of time for that while I’m already 30 (smiling). Besides usually I take penalties. We had to score and I stepped up to the plate.

- Vida has said goodbye to fans as he’s leaving Dynamo…

- I’ll miss him (smiling). Domagoj is a very good player and person. I’m upset he’s leaving, but this is football. I wish him all the best.

- What can you say about your future in Dynamo? Are you staying?

- I want to be with Dynamo. I’m happy here and my family is happy in Ukraine. Still we haven’t signed the contract yet. We’ll see what happens.

- How are you going to spend winter holidays and vacation?

- I have many plans, but it’s too soon for that. We’re in for important game against FC Oleksandria. The weather is bad, so we don’t know what the quality of the pit will be like. We must stay focused to win.
