- Were you anxious? How difficult was the final exam?
- First of all I want to thank all lecturers, who shared knowledge with us. I was a bit excited, but that’s normal. We were sure we would pass the exam.
- What theoretical questions did you get?
- Those were questions concerning psychology and training process. I’m glad I’ve got a good mark. Coach must be able to find approach to players, to unite them. Motivation is of great importance.
- What if you get some job offers soon? Do you want to work in Ukraine or somewhere else?
- I’ll consider different offers. Right now I want to have a break and think everything over. Working in Ukraine or elsewhere is not a problem for me. I speak English and Italian pretty well, which is good for me.
- You have a kind of mini-team at home – four sons. Do they help or distract you from work?
- This is the factor I take into account rendering different decisions (smiling). Kids are growing up. If I start working I won’t be able to spend much time with them.
- Do you see football talent in your sons?
- As a coach and former player I can say I won’t put any pressure on them. I must warn them that career of professional sportsman can look great, but there’s really hard work behind it. That includes exercise and psychological stress and injuries.
