Denys Popov, Vitaliy Buialskyi and Vladyslav Supriaha, who’ve recovered after injuries, stepped back into ranks.
The first part of the game was quite calm. Dynamo controlled the situation on the field although Rukh also attempted to attack. 18 minutes into the game Supriaha rushed into the penalty area after pass from Karavayev, but Bandura parried his strike. Popov sent the ball over the bar with a header after cross from the corner flag. Karavayev attempted decently from distance, but Bandura cleared his shot.
In the 30th minute Tsyhankov put a cross into the box from the right side and Carlos de Pena sent the ball into the net – 1:0!
Right after the break Rukh made three substitutions and got more active. Dynamo could increase the lead early in the second half, but Bandura parried the shot by Karavayev. Later Buialskyi had a good opportunity after cross by Mykolenko, but Bandura was there for his team again.
Home side did their best to equalize. Mysyk sent the ball over the bar from distance. Bushchan coped with the strike by Martyniuk.
Eventually, right before the stoppage time started, Kedziora put a low cross into the penalty area, Rodrigues got the ball and hit the target – 2:0!
So, Dynamo are the UPL leaders with 14 points after 6 matchdays.
