Ognjen was Dynamo skipper in the second half and helped our team win the game 4:1.
- Every match is difficult at the training camp. We work a lot to get ready for the second part of the season. It’s necessary to test our conditions with a help of friendlies to be able to correct mistakes. I think Dynamo are on the right track. We scored spectacular goals against NK Rijeka and demonstrated attacking play. The game afforded pleasure to me.
- Will lopsided win give our team extra forces?
- Sure, we scored four times, which is a good result. It’s even easier to train after such wins.
- What can you tell about NK Rijeka?
- They are better team than our previous opponent Baku FC. Still Dynamo played well against Croatian side. Rijeka featured in the Europa League group stage in autumn and earned four points. As for the Prva HNL, they are lacking only behind Dinamo Zagreb. Anyway we played the way we always should.
- Sometimes Oleh Blokhin lets you play as centre back and sometimes as midfielder. Is he in search of ideal position for you?
- I’ve been playing for Dynamo as a midfielder for six years already. Still I’m a professional and I have no problems with being a defender. In any case I must play properly.
