He has told about Spanish side strengths and weaknesses and estimated both teams' chances for qualification for the next stage.
- How did you perceive the drawing and what team did you want Dynamo to face?
- There were several more or less good opponents for Dynamo.
Valencia are rather good team, but at the moment they have problems. This year is crucial for Spanish side. Football philosophy always remains the same in this club. As far as I know this season Valencia are busy defining future of their coaches and performers.
Both teams are looking for their play, so we are in for interesting matches.
- Today Valencia lack such stars as David Silva and David Villa. Still they aren't whipping boys as they have both talented youngsters and experienced performers. Which side has better squad?
- Kyivans are much-fancied side, considering their newcomers. Still that must be proved on the pitch. Valencia really lack stars, but they count on their young talents. I think their performers just lack confidence.
Preparation for forthcoming fixtures will be vital. The White-Blues may face some difficulties as they'll feature against Valencia right after the winter break.
- After the drawing Valencia head coach Miroslav Đukić resigned. Was such decision caused by Spanish side recent failures or maybe it has something to do with Dynamo?
- I think it doesn't. I've already told that the club is looking for development path. At the moment they must find the new head coach.
- This season Valencia have problems in La Liga where even titled clubs can be relegated. Maybe our opponent will focus on domestic league instead of euro cups?
- I don't think so! Europa League is a great opportunity to come in full force. Valencia have no chances to struggle for Champions League spot, so they'll prepare for matches against Dynamo with a help of La Liga fixtures.
- How can you estimated both teams' chances for qualification for the next stage?
- Both sides have problems, so I think they have a fifty-fifty chance.
