- Of course we didn’t wasn’t to disappoint people, who came to the stadium to support us. I’d like to thank them. I think the game was quit a success for us despite certain nervousness. We created worthy chances, but didn’t use them effectively enough. I’m glad that although we change lineup in every match, the team looks decently.
- How come you had two forwards today? Is that formation you picked for this particular opponent or maybe you just wanted to keep your forwards fit?
- Both. We used almost all performers, who didn’t take part in the game in Mariupol. The trip was quite exhausting. If all players are fit, we have good competition inside the team. I think this formation has proved its value.
- Why has Shepelev missed the game?
- Unfortunately he’s picked up insignificant injury.
- Did Besedin perform effectively enough as second forward?
- He didn’t play perfectly, but he’s fulfilled great amount of work and did his best to benefit the team. Of course it would have been great if he scored, but generally Besedin was quite productive.
- Have your players implemented your game plan?
- I don’t really want to analyze the game in detail right now as I can be wrong about certain aspects. There were no serious problems, but there were some mistakes. Anyway, we created a lot of chances and defended quite orderly.
