New neighbors
After one-day break Kyivans returned to MarbellaFootballCenter. The list of teams that train nearby has increased. Now the White-Blues bitter rivals FC Spartak Moscow are also here. TSV 1860 München arrived the day before yesterday. Dynamo are to play a sparring against this club.
Morning training session started with familiar strength exercises. This time there was a new one – developing reaction after physical load. After exercise with dumbbells players were supposed to stand between two cones of different colours, where Serhiy Fedorov was waiting for them. He named the colour and performers’ task was to run to corresponding cone immediately. He named colours in different languages – English, Ukrainian and Russian, which made the process more interesting.
Later Kyivans had tactical exercises on the bigger pitch. They worked on attack and defense in groups on different sides of the field.
This time not only Serhiy Rybalka, Andriy Yarmolenko and Yevhen Khacheridi played the traditional game. Artem Kravets, Andriy Tsurikov and Vitaliy Buialskyi joined them.
Tactical whirl
Evening training session started with tactical exercise. Players took predefined places on the pitch and passed the ball to each other in a certain order moving around the periphery of the field. Player, who was the last to get the ball was supposed to shoot on target at short range. Goalkeepers had a rough time.
Challenges for Mykyta Burda
Mykyta Burda worked individually again. Still he’s making progress, which makes him optimistic. In the morning Mykyta accepted the challenge of Dynamo doctor Leonid Myronov, who offered him coordination exercise. “I can do it all day long”, - said Burda.
Waiting for physical trainer Vitaliy Kulyba in the evening Mykyta started juggling the ball. Doctor Andriy Shmorhun, who was nearby, told the defender: “Mykyta, your work isn’t over!”. Young player responded: “I’ll get back to work after you juggle the ball five times!”. The challenge was accepted and completed, so Burda kept training with a smile on his face.
The final part of the day was training match that was almost like a real game. There even were offsides.
While Dynamo training session was still on TSV 1860 München Austria international Rubin Okotie came up to the pitch to wait for Aleksandar Dragovic. They used to feature for FK Austria Wien together.
Change of location
Dynamo will face Munich side the day after tomorrow. Tomorrow our team will oppose SL Benfica from Luanda (Angola). By the way, the game will take place at MarbellaFootballCenter, but not in Estepona as planned before.
