On the second day of the training camp in Belek the White-Blues had two sessions on the football field.
The weather was warm and sunny.
The morning session started with speed exercises. Then players had tests. The first group had their explosive strength tested while the second – speed. All the results were immediately placed on record so that the research team could analyze them afterwards.
There was an interesting exercise for possession and pressure. The team was divided into three groups. The first group was supposed to do 7 one-touch passes and cross the ball to another one on the opposite side of the field. The third group applied pressure at the same time.
At the afternoon session the White-Blues were mostly focused on work with the ball. They practiced attacks finishing and played using three goals.
Eventually Kyivans did one of their favourite exercises – shots on target from outside the box. Having divided into three teams they competed against each other. The team that lost did push-ups.
