- I was nervous as we conceded in the decisive game. Players have demonstrated their character. Anyway there were mistakes which must be analyzed. It’s good that we have qualified for the next stage. I hope that winter break will have positive impact on our team and necessary conclusions will be made. I think players must act more aggressively. The game against Rapid has givens us food for reflection. We could score more, though we also could concede more than one goal. This is football.
- Can you sum up the results of the first part of current season?
- I don’t want to do it right now. I think we still have a chance to struggle for Premiership in UPL. Anyway 2013 was a bad year for us. I’ve told players about that. Still I think it’s good that newcomers have started adapting to the team. I hope that training camp will help us to prepare for the second part of the season properly.
- Have you already decided what will you talk with Oleh Blokhin about?
- We’ll meet on December 16 and have a talk. We have many issues to discuss, which don’t depend upon the final score of the game against Rapid. I’ll get to know whether Oleh Blokhin’s health lets him work on. I’m ready to invest money in the team, but I want to see football of better quality. Anyway we’ll give a press conference to tell about our decisions.
