In 2019, Dynamo won 25 games in all competitions. In five of them (20%), Buialskyi was the one who grabbed the winner.
Of course the leader in terms of decisive goals is our best striker Viktor Tsyhankov (18 goals, 7 decisive). Still the statistics of Buialskyi is also impressive. 5 out of his 9 goals were decisive.
March 2 – FC Desna Chernihiv away, UPL, 2:1
Visitors were 2:0 ahead and the decisive goal could have belonged to Tomasz Kedziora, but then Desna pulled one back, so the shot by Buialskyi turned out to be crucial.
April 28 – FC Lviv away, UPL, 1:0
Dynamo got outnumbered 19 minutes into the game and the goal by Vitaliy was decisive. Later referee sent another Dynamo player off.
August 3 – FC Lviv away, UPL, 3:0
Buialskyi scored against his “favourite” team away this season too. Actually he got a brace to his name in that match.
September 19, Malmo FF at home, UEL, 1:0
Buialskyi handed Dynamo the only victory in 2019/2020 euro cups.
November 24 – FC Mariupol at home, UPL, 3:0
Buialskyi laid the foundation of this win in the first half. Tsyhankov and Verbic scored after the break.
It should be also mentioned that Vitaliy Buialskyi has scored 5 decisive goals within a year for the first time in his career!
