Dynamo midfield player Roman Eremenko summed up the team's mood after Sunday’s friendly games with FC Krylia Sovetov and told Dynamo official site correspondent about preparations for Thursday’s UEFA Cup return match against Valencia:
- It’s always disappointing to lose, even in a friendly match. But at the same time we should not over-dramatise the situation. We must forget about everything around us and concentrate only on our upcoming match against Valencia.
Speaking about our first leg match, Valencia’s style of play didn’t surprise us, as we knew their strong and weak points. The only negative was their early goal in our net. We were not satisfied with the draw, because we really hoped to win our home match. Now we have to settle the matter on away soil.
- Roman, how is the mood in the squad before such an important match?
- We will do everything possible and impossible to achieve a positive result. I promise that we will not let our fans down.
