Serhiy REBROV: “We’ll play for honor of Dynamo and Ukraine”

- Goalless draw against SSC Napoli away looks like pretty good result though they say you should have been more risky…

- The situation in the table made us attack and we tried to, but that was difficult to do. We opposed very good team away.

- The game against Besiktas JK won’t change your position in standings. Will good play be more important than outcome for you?

- We’ll play for honor of Dynamo and Ukraine. Every player must demonstrate his willingness to perform for our club. What’s good play? It’s difficult to satisfy everyone. I guess the final score will be important in this game from psychological point of view.

- It must be difficult to stay positive considering that you’ve tumbled out of the Champions League…

- Our results are unsatisfactory, but we’ve got great experience. Our players didn’t use a lot of chances and made some mistakes in terms of defense.

- There were nine Dynamo trainees in your starting lineup in the game against Napoli. They say the club will focus on your own academy…

- I know it’s a promising way. Considering the situation in Ukrainian football we must believe in youngsters. They take part in our training sessions several times a week.

- What are the difficulties in work with youngsters?

- As for me, it’s much easier to work with youngsters as they want to learn something.

- Today they praise Dynamo U-19, who’ve won the UEFA Youth League group. Which of those players will join the main squad?

- They often work with us. Tsyhankov and Tymchyk take the field regularly. I’m sure a big group of players has good future. Anyway I realize we can’t use only youngsters. We give everyone a chance, but it’s a complicated process.
