After Crime annexation border inspection post was put between the peninsula and continental Ukraine.
Military service in such place is very stressful and full of danger. Anyway tired young soldiers came out to meet Dynamo pro veterans, who came with a friendly visit to tell that people know about their bravery all over the country.
Servicemen got FC Dynamo Kyiv magazine issues, calendars and more stuff. The White-Blues got green berets of frontiersmen.
“We are very thankful for this visit. It’s very significant for young soldiers” – stated major general Oleh Khairulin.
Kyivans had another present for border guards – shirts, Dynamo players wore as they defeated FC Shakhtar Donetsk within the Ukrainian Cup final two weeks ago.
“Guys, you are true heroes of our time, - addressed Volodymyr Bessonov to soldiers. – May God prosper you! We are proud of you”.
Viktor Khlus informed: “As we came it was noticeable that soldiers were tired. The aim of our trip was to let them understand that people value what they do”.
