The White-Blues defeated Atletico Madrid in the final – 3:0. Forward Vadym Yevtushenko has shared his reminiscences of that success:
- Of course I don’t think about that triumph every day, but before some anniversaries journalists remind us (smiling).
- What do you think of first of all recalling that season?
- It’s been 30 years since then. It’s just great to remember we did something good for our fans. I feel proud for what we managed to do.
