Six brave lads – Taras Harashchenko, Denys Holodiuk, Vasyl Moskalenko, Olexandr Tarasov, Yuriy Veselskyi and docror Oleh Kolisnyk – were presented to the team by Dynamo vice-president Olexiy Semenenko at Boryspil airport: “These brave men risked their lives to defend our country. They all followed Dynamo home match against Everton alongside the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Now we’ve invited them to Florence. Victory is where our warriors are! We hope that will be the case in the game against Fiorentina”.
Then Olexiy Semenenko gave each soldier Dynamo scarf. “As Valeriy Lobanovskyi used to say, now you are responsible for the result”, - said vice-president jokingly.
The doctor of military hospital of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense Oleh Kolisnyk follows soldiers during this trip to Italy: “These boys were wounded and now they are being cured at the hospital.
FC Dynamo Kyiv support is of great importance. It lets soldiers see that people are proud of them. That gives them strengths”.
