Dynamo U10 finished third at prestigious international tournament

Dynamo U10 (players born in 2016) took part in the prestigious EuroPoussins Pleudihen international tournament held in France.

The competition featured some of the world’s top youth academies, including Porto and Sporting (Portugal), Juventus and Inter (Italy), Liverpool and Fulham (England), Ajax (Netherlands), Anderlecht (Belgium), Köln (Germany), Marseille, Monaco, Lille, Nice, Saint-Étienne, Lens, Toulouse, and Strasbourg (France), as well as teams from North America and Asia.

A total of 48 teams participated in the tournament and were divided into eight groups during the first stage.

In the group stage, Dynamo recorded five victories and advanced to the next round as group winners.

The White-Blues advanced to the final stage, where the 16 best teams competed in a knockout format.

After being eliminated only in the semifinals by eventual tournament winners Porto, losing 2:1, Dynamo ultimately secured third place. Juventus finished as runners-up.

Special mention should be made of the warm welcome extended to the Ukrainian team by the tournament organizers. The program included numerous excursions for the children around the Brittany region, as well as a picnic on the beaches of the English Channel.
