This week, a training seminar of the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) dedicated to the methodology of the Manchester City Academy was held at the Nyvky training base.
The coaching staff of the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Dynamo Kyiv Youth Football School and representatives of partner youth football schools took part in the event.
During the seminar, participants studied modern European experience in organizing the work of youth football academies, learned about advanced methods of training young players using the Manchester City Academy as an example, and worked on effective tools for their further adaptation and integration into the system of developing new generations of Ukrainian footballers.
Systematic professional development of the coaching staff and the implementation of leading global practices are an important step in the development of youth football.
