- I’ve got more confident and experienced. Those matches I played motivated me to work on.
- How are Dynamo currently doing in terms of fitness?
- Fitness is what we currently focus on. That’s a tough, but necessary work. We’ll be reconditioning through training camp, practice and games.
- You succeeded in the first friendly at the training camp – against Dinamo Bucuresti (4:1). How important is that?
- The first game is really important. Victories boost confidence and mood.
- Buletsa, Bilovar, Brazhko, Yarmolenko rejoin Dynamo. What do you think of them?
- They’re doing their best and making headway. Good luck to all of them. As for Andriy Yarmolenko, I don’t even know what to say (smiling). He’s the legend of Ukrainian football.
- Isn’t it great that now you can work alongside him?
- Of course it’s great. I try to look up to him. Besides, he’s a really good person.
- What are your first impressions of working with Andriy Yarmolenko?
- Wow (smiling). When I was a kid, I always watched him play. And now we’re on the same team.
- You’ve signed a new contract with Dynamo. What does this mean to you?
- I’m grateful for the opportunity to work under the charge of this coaching staff, alongside legendary players. I promise I’ll be doing the best I can and even more.
- What goals do you set for the team and yourself?
- For the team – to qualify for the Europa Conference League group stage, to win the UPL and Ukrainian Cup. As for me personally, of course I want to play as much as possible. I have most ambitious goals.
