On Friday, January 10, FC Dynamo Kyiv played the first friendly at the training camp in Turkey – against the 2 Bundesliga side FC Magdeburg.
The first half started with a trouble for Kyivans. Magdeburg opened the score in the 3rd minute. Burcu hit the target from inside the box – 0:1.
In a few minutes German side increased their lead: Atik sent the ball over Neshcheret and made it 0:2.
Then Dynamo got a chance to pull one back: Shaparenko eluded his opponent and was fouled against inside the box. Referee awarded penalty, but goalkeeper saved.
Kyivans tried to increase the pressure, but Magdeburg were closer to another goal. Anyway their players’ shot late in the first half was a bit inaccurate.
Early in the second half neither side created any danger. Then Magdeburg got another opportunity and Morhun had to parry the ball with his foot. Kabayev attempted spectacularly with his heel and hit the crossbar!
Sliubyk was close halfway through the second half, but missed the target with a header.
In the 70th minute referee awarded another penalty as referee fouled against Buialskyi, but Magdeburg keeper saved again.
Late in the game German side scored another one. Atik headed the ball in after corner – 0:3. In the 87th minute our team pulled one back. Buialskyi sent the ball over the keeper after pass from Herych – 1:3.
Dynamo will play the next friendly on Sunday, January 12, against the Romanian side FCSB.
